The Quick Question package includes one 90-minute advisory session and a brief written follow-up summary with recommendations.
It’s designed for organizations that want experienced guidance on a specific situation without entering a longer advisory engagement.
The Intro Advisory Access package provides 5 hours of advisory support to use over a 30-day period.
This one-time introductory package is available for new clients who want to experience working with SWAG in a limited retainer-style relationship.
The Crisis Package provides up to 3 hours of Crisis Advisory Time to address an urgent situation.
It provides expedited advisory access to help organizations stabilize the situation with confidence and move forward responsibly.

Monthly Retainers
Monthly Retainers provide advisory access for organizations that want consistent support and experienced guidance as issues arise on an ongoing basis.
This engagement model offers dedicated advisory time each month, allowing organizations to work with an expert who is familiar with their company to address questions, evaluate decisions, and navigate situations as they develop.
Project-Based

It allows organizations to engage SWAG on a clearly scoped project without committing to an ongoing engagement. SWAG offers both defined and custom-scoped packages to support your company’s specific needs.

Leadership-Based Advisory Services provide companies access to senior-level expertise and leadership on a part-time or temporary basis to facilitate the stabilization of an organization.
It allows companies to engage SWAG for either a defined stabilization package or custom interim and fractional engagements tailored to support your company’s specific needs.
